Questions About Meditation
I really like doing the meditation !!!! I like to have that peaceful moment of letting things just slip away for a lil while. How ever Its not an easy thing to do to clear the mind of everything and let it be !! I seem to get ready and breath deep and i start to fall into it and then "BAM" I cant stop things popping into my mind like my animals...
