Having demonstrated an interest in Tai Chi, you have embarked on a life long investment to improve your fitness and well-being. Both TaiChi & Qigong are ancient arts and cannot be learnt over night.They are neither a fast cure, fast keep fit physical jerk system, but a genuine introduction to a continuing program to improve your internal health standards for a happier longer life.

Tai Chi in Action Displays:
Our Tai Chi in Action Display on 17th August was our last event for the season, going out with splash and not so much a bang, with an appropriate comment in the local paper titled: 'Fete success come rain or shine' saying: "under difficult conditions the Tai Chi in Action demonstration team from the Tai Chi Qigong Health Centre went ahead and demonstrated their wonderful relaxing art form". a very good recommendation considering the extreme wet conditions. All this years ten displays were most successful with the vendors being more than happy.
