are other members of the same species used in rheumatism by Vaids. The kernels of B Butyrace‘ yield from 60 to 65 p. c., of fat whitish in colour and of agreeable odour; even used for edible purposes. The butter is an excellent emollient application for itch chapped hands etc., during winter; also it is an ointment in cases of rheumatism, paralysis &c.
