Quick treatment for Cancer cultivated in the gardens of Northern India. The seeds are of 3 kinds, white, red, and yellow. They are said to be aphrodiasic (Stewart); used in infusion in cancer. Mixed with wine it is given as an antidote to poisonous bite.----(Dr Emerson).
